a costume a made for a con last year, i'd been meaning to post pictures and never got around to it.
over all it came out really well, and I was quite proud of it- especilly considering all the pattern altering, and pinning darts (inparticular in the back of the shirt) while wearing it. it was surprizingly challenging for it's symplicity. though I bought new nylons for the photos and I hate them, they don't look good to me at all and theyre much too short. anyway, I really liked wearing this one even if it was really uncomfortable ^^' my judy ~rita-chan and i were emmensy popular |

they're kind of hard to explain, a picture would be really helpful, but I'll give it a shot. Theres one piece of elastic that is folded in half and pinned at the back, each half loops around a D ring, comes down and is pinned in the front. a second piece loops around each arm, down thru the D rings and crosses between my shoulder blades and is pinned to itself. its quite a task to put the straps on ^^'
